It’s NOT about Militant discipline…
This plan is not about militant discipline or about using BRUTE FORCE and the "Just do it" attitude that has you sprinting out the gates too hard too fast, only to find yourself injured or burned out and frustrated before you've made meaningful progress...

Creating sustainable habits such as working out and eating healthier is a long and strategic game – especially as you grow older!

To give it to you straight, there are no shortcuts... The Long way is the Shortcut!

This is why our goal with this bootcamp is to create a solid routine that that starts small and builds momentum gradually.

A routine that you look forward to every day, even if you always struggled with consistency and have the tendency to hop from workout plan to workout plan!

BUT... it's not going to be a Picnic either!
Just to be clear, this doesn't mean that the whole bootcamp will be a picnic.

Real change always requires stepping out of your comfort zone, there’s no way around that unfortunately.

Creating a sustainable workout routine and proper nutritional habits is about small steps towards the right direction but… it requires taking those little steps each and every day.

Finally, being part of this bootcamp also means speaking up when you encounter challenges.

I want men willing to share their obstacles, but… do it heads on, and always do it with a proactive and positive attitude.

EQUIPMENT: What are you going to need? 

Bodyweight training has always been at the core of my exercise routines. It's how one can stay in shape without depending on special equipment.

Calisthenics give you the freedom of training anywhere and anytime no matter what's going on in the world (pandemics, zombie apocalypses, and whatever might come your way!).

For this bootcamp, you will not need any special equipment and almost all of the workouts can be done from the convenience of your own apartment, your backyard or the park next doors.

Basically, if you have something to hang from (i.e. a door-frame pull-up bar) you're good to go.

I do recommend some extra equipment (i.e. gymnastic rings that nowadays cost less than $40) and I do give you different budget options within the plan.

But I also give you equipment-free options to make sure that you can apply this plan anytime and anywhere!

Either you don't want to spend any extra money on equipment right now or even if you have to train on the road, at a hotel, traveling, etc...

Classic VS Urban Calisthenics

Bodyweight Muscle and this bootcamp is not about the tricks or flashy moves you’ll typically see youngsters perform on YouTube.

There is a difference between urban calisthenics (also known as acrobatic calisthenics) and what I call Classic Calisthenics:

"A long-term exercise system that can be performed safely and independent of one’s age, providing a holistic way to build strength, muscle, and stamina."

A system where your main tool is your own body and training with it provides you a holistic way to keep both your neuromuscular and cardiovascular systems in shape!

Exactly What You're Getting

We’ll begin by focusing on the basics. Setting up your custom High-frequency calisthenics-routine (HFC), figuring out your ideal time to train, deciding what equipment you’ll be using, creating accountability with the rest of the tribe, and making sure you get started on the right foot with nutrition.

Next, we’ll gradually start to step things up each week with workout updates and advice on refining your diet.

We’ll look at different ways to add variety both for breaking plateaus but also if you get bored easily with traditional linear training routines.

Adding this way variety to keep things fun and interesting, while at the same time making sure we stay focused on the core principles of HFC.

Finally, we’ll have periods during which I’ll be teaching you how to step it up with your training while staying safe and injury-free…

…and we’ll also deload periods during which I’ll show you how to maintain everything you’ve build with the least amount of work possible.
